DANGEROUS OF USING HIGH HEELS

product is known well by every woman in this world, it is named high heels.
High heels is footwear that raises the heel of the wearer’s foot significantly
higher than toes. Nowadays, high heels has many variety of style and heels are
found in many different shape including stiletto, pump (court shoe), block
tapered, blade and wedge.
Woman
and high heels is a thing that never be apart in daily life. Using a high heels
for some women is to increase themselves confident. Many second wave feminists
rejected what they regarded as constricting standard of female beauty created
for the subordination and objectifying of women and self perpetuated by
reproductive competition and women’s own aesthesis.
High
heels become trending topic in the daughter and mothers, they go together to
the mall for hunting that shoes. High heels makes the foot taller and up and it
is also make your body straight . for these reason many women is more confident
to use it whether go to the party, walk around, go to the work office and the
others it is caused by using high heels they look taller, elegant, and sexy.
But do you know by using high heels you are facing many risk to your body, more
often you use it, there are more possibility damage your health.
One
of the effect of using high heels is varicose leg. While the feet wearing high
heels too long, it will make the calf muscles become over tense and
automatically make the blood vessel strained that lead to varicose veins in the
legs.
Another
effect in using high heels is swelling of blood vessels in the legs. Risk of
subsequent high heels is while wearing high heels the whole foundation of the
body burden will be in our feet, it can cause constriction in the blood vessel
and when it is happened for hours everyday and years can cause numbness in toes
directly.
The
next effect in using high heels over makes the finger toe bent. High heels
which has a narrow tip can be risky toe knuckles be widen out due to the
narrowing so that pressing knuckles out, it will change the structure and shape
the toe finger.
Therefore,
to reduce the risk of high heels we should not wear high heels all day. It is
better to rest your feet by wearing sandals or flats shoes. It is more
comfortable to wear.
